What You Need To Make This Granola

Equipment:

  • Glass Mixing Bowls: Having bowls in a variety of sizes helps in the preparation of your recipes.
  • Baking Sheets: I like to use large aluminum baking sheets. Aluminum is a great heat conductor which will allow the granola to bake evenly.
  • Parchment Paper: It is best to line your baking sheets with parchment paper. This will prevent sticking and also allow for an easy clean up.

Ingredients:

  • Oats: For this recipe you are going to want to use Old Fashion Oats.
  • Almond Flour: The almond flour will help the granola form clusters.
  • Pecans: Perfect for adding a bit of crunch.
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: For that warm cozy flavor.
  • Salt: A pinch of salt will enhance the flavors in the granola
  • Sugar: This recipe calls for Dark Brown Sugar.
  • Oil: I like to use Coconut Oil due to its mild flavor. It will also help in producing that nice crunchy texture.
  • Maple Syrup: An all natural syrup is best.
  • Vanilla Extract: I always opt for Pure Vanilla Extract due to its intense vanilla flavor.
