Tips For Making This Recipe

  • I use a Small Ice Cream Scoop to scoop out the balls. This will ensure that they are all the same size
  • Use a Toothpick to make the indents so that they resemble pumpkins. If you don’t want to make them into pumpkins, then just roll them in the palm of your hands to form a smooth ball.
  • Store them in a air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

What You Will Need For This Recipe

  • Peanut Butter: I use a creamy all natural peanut butter without added sugars.
  • Pumpkin Puree: Make sure you use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Oat Flour: If you don’t have oat flour then just place old fashion oats in a food processor and pulse until a fine meal forms.
  • Maple Syrup: I use pure maple syrup.
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: A great Fall flavor that adds warmth.
  • Pure Vanilla Extract: I always opt for pure vanilla extract for its intense vanilla flavor.
  • Salt: Adding a pinch of salt will enhance the flavors
  • Mini Morsels: Use an allergy friendly chip to make them vegan.
